We were appointed to create a completely new office layout for the government-supported Skills Funding Agency at Cheylesmore House in Coventry. This 8,350 sq ft project involved complete design, consultation and interior fit-out to create an aesthetically pleasing space with a fresh layout.
The first interior design stage involved mood board creation, branding, space planning and 3D visualisation to guide the fit-out stages. Ongoing consultation ensured that every element fulfilled the client’s brief.
To accommodate a new desk configuration, floor boxes were repositioned and adjustments were made to partitioning, along with the installation of new timber offset glazing partitioning. Bespoke joinery and graphics also helped showcase the personality of the company and their new office. Other elements we built into the office layout included replacement ceiling tiles and floor coverings, along with new office furniture, booths, lighting, electrics, seating, storage solutions and decorations.
The final result was a secure, modern and attractive space fit for purpose.
