The company based at Grove Park in Leicester who employs some 171 people are to further expand their operations into a further wing of Gateway House, Grove Park.

Arc have been appointed to complete a fit out contract including flooring, glazed partitioned meeting rooms, electrical works, breakout areas and a kitchen across the 500m2 area. The project is to be completed within 6 weeks and will be finished with installation of 40 x new workstations.

The programme consisted of the refurbishment to their reception and boardroom areas of which the clients main request was for these areas to be more appealing and represent a more commercial appearance to both existing and new customers.

Arc were also tasked with furnishing the new areas at the site including soft seating, boardroom facilities, reception counter and artwork to name a few.

Bradgate Containers are very happy with the finished area’s which achieved everything they required.

The scheme saw Arc take the £14 million project to a completion by installing new furniture at the visitor centre, in time for their official celebratory opening by Sir David Attenborough on the 27th June 2009.

The opening included an exciting archaeology road show hosted by a number of leading experts. The brand new Museum and Arcaeology Park project funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund, East Midlands Development Agency and European Regional Development Fund will become a focal point where national and international communities can visit.

By choosing a modern and contemporary look for the new furniture, Arc have provided Creswell Crags with a stylish and practical solution in keeping with the magnificent new building they have designed.

Having successfully completed the fit out of the new offices for Industrial Marine Silencers in Cossington last year, Arc have now been appointed by its parent company Bradgate Containers to commence a refurbishment programme to include the redesign of the reception and boardroom areas at their head office at Shepshed, Leicestershire.

Having Taken a brief from the client, it was agreed the new areas needed to represent a more commercial appearance to both existing and new customers, this has been achieved by creating a more open and welcoming reception area and the construction of  two purpose built meeting rooms.

As part of the refurbishment programme Arc were also awarded the contract to supply new furniture including a reception counter, soft seating, boardroom tables and chairs plus the installation of a LCD television to allow interactive presentations.
